Who We Are
Our Story
WRP Wealth Management has been providing exceptional financial guidance for over three decades, tailored to clients with complex planning requirements. The journey began in 1990 when Alan Werba pioneered a fee-based, client-focused tax and financial planning firm in San Jose. Aaron Rubin joined the firm in 2009 after working with high-net-worth clients in public accounting. The firm became known as Werba Rubin Wealth Management.
In 2007, Jason Papier launched Fluent Wealth Partners, a fee-only financial planning firm with a focus on research-based investment practices. The two firms merged in 2017 to form Werba Rubin Papier Wealth Management, offering a comprehensive approach to wealth management. This approach encompasses tax planning and preparation, investment management, and financial planning.
